Streamline syringe de-nesting and transfer
The NEXTRA N10 is an automated solution designed by the Marchesini Group for de-nesting syringes and feeding them into downstream equipment. It features a Tub buffering system following the FIFO policy, ensuring organized infeed. Equipped with a vision system, the NEXTRA N10 decodes pre-printed data on the Tub and ensures nest completeness and syringe counting. The system automates the removal of nests from the Tub and gently transfers syringes onto the unload guide. It also includes a high-capacity empty Tub stacking unit, allowing continuous operation without manual intervention. An option is available for a No Glass-To-Glass Contact version, making it versatile for various syringe handling needs. The equipment is suitable for use in automated inspection lines and can handle syringes ranging from 0.5 ml to 20 ml, with an output capacity of up to 36,000 syringes per hour.
