Heavy duty aggregate separation and recovery system
Efficiently transform residual concrete into reusable resources with high-speed aggregate separation and recovery, integrating advanced automation for streamlined operations. Experience sustainable practices that minimize waste and make the most of natural resources while ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

The CONSEP CSC Aggregate Reclaimer System from WAMGROUP offers an efficient solution for reclaiming and processing aggregates in concrete production. This system utilizes a patented inclined screw feeder made from SINT® engineering polymer to ensure durable and efficient slurry transfer. It integrates seamlessly into ready-mix plants, precast facilities, and quarries, tackling the challenge of separation, washing, and recovery of aggregates.
The system can process large volumes, handling up to 12 m³ per hour while effectively meeting industry 4.0 standards with its automated operation. It features two receiving points to accommodate simultaneous washing of truck mixers, significantly shortening unloading times. By separating aggregates from concrete slurry, it produces high-quality reclaimed aggregates and washed sand suitable for new concrete or recycled applications, all while promoting environmental responsibility and minimizing waste disposal challenges.
Constructed for continuous high production, the CONSEP CSC system is suitable for diverse industries including building construction and environmental technology. It offers customizable configurations, operating efficiently in various site conditions, and supports user-friendly maintenance by reducing sedimentation requirements and associated maintenance costs.
