High-containment diverter for continuous tablet and capsule filling
When handling high-containment pharmaceutical production, managing continuous filling of multiple containers while ensuring minimal dust emission is critical. High-containment environments require reliable equipment to maintain safety and efficiency during the filling process.

Electronically control tablet and capsule filling
The V5000 from Krämer AG is an electronically controlled drum diverter designed for precise and continuous filling of multiple containers in high-containment applications. Available in DT (dust-tight) and WIP (Wash-in-Place) versions, this diverter offers customization with up to 12 positions and adjustable discharge sequences. The unit features jam monitoring through an inlet sensor and enables random definition of positions as sample collectors. Compatible with the KD7075 deduster model, the V5000 can be controlled by either a deduster or a tablet press/capsule filling machine. It is classified under ATEX Zone II 2D/- Db 140 °C and certified OEB5 (<1 μg/m³) according to SMEPAC, ensuring compliance with stringent safety and quality standards. The diverter includes a gear motor drive unit, tri-clamp inlet and outlet, and an IP65 protection rating, making it both robust and adaptable to various manufacturing environments.
