Industrial boiler feed unit for water supply maintenance

Ensure consistent boiler performance with reliable water supply management, expertly handling high temperatures and varied operational loads, ideal for maintaining peak efficiency in steam-based systems.

The 4100 Series Boiler Feed Units from Sterlco® are engineered to maintain optimized water supply levels in a variety of steam and heating systems. These units are distinguished by their robust steel construction, customizable tanks ranging from 8 to 714 gallons, and compatibility with Sterlco® J & G centrifugal pumps. Designed to operate with hot condensate up to 200°F, the pumps feature heavy-duty cast iron housing and a brass impeller for extended service life.

Applications for the 4100 Series span industrial steam boilers, residential and commercial HVAC systems, and industrial water heating solutions, effectively managing water supply, venting, and temperature control processes. These units integrate seamlessly into automated and continuous operation manufacturing environments, fitting into pre-processing, processing, and final conditioning functions across HVAC, industrial manufacturing, energy, and more.

The units feature energy-efficient 3450 RPM motors, a durable “Sterl-Seal” ceramic pump seal rated for 250°F, and heavy-duty make-up water valves. Optional features include electric alternators for duplex units, special motor constructions like explosion-proof designs, and comprehensive NEMA 12 control panels to meet varied operational requirements.
