The Drying Chamber by Kreuzmayr Maschinenbau GmbH is specifically designed for the efficient drying of sliced fruits, vegetables, herbs, meat, and flowers. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the cabinet ensures durability and hygiene. The drying cabinet trolley comes equipped with stainless steel sieves, allowing for customizable drying setups according to the product. The chambers feature an adjustable temperature and time program for precise control over the drying process. Additionally, certain models include chamber humidity control for enhanced drying accuracy. Depending on raw material type, process parameters can be easily modified, supporting an automatic drying process. For instance, the OTS4 model can handle up to 15 kg of fresh apples in 10 hours with a drying surface of 4 m², while the larger OTS22 model can process 120 kg with a surface area of 22 m². Energy-efficient operation is supported by an electrical power supply of 400/50 V/Hz and a power range from 4.75 to 7.5 kW across different models.
