Utilizing a rotating drum clad with a 40×40 mm mesh screen, the pre-cleaner filters contaminants such as wood, stones, and clothing. The filtered good material then passes through an external magnet for further purification. For materials potentially contaminated with ropes and strings, an additional catching device can be installed. The pre-cleaner includes a manually operated bypass valve, replaceable manganese steel wear plates, and is equipped with dust aspiration and a sight glass with an optional level switch. The system is powered by a rear-mounted geared motor ensuring robust performance.
