The TM16-P4x4250 from HiFlux Filtration A/S is a combined magnetic and bag filter unit designed for continuous, efficient liquid purification across various industries, including beverage production, chemical manufacturing, and water processing. It retains both magnetic and non-magnetic particles, ensuring system reliability and longevity. Operating as a partial flow system, it filters 5-15% of the total flow, maintaining continuous mainline operation, and reduces sedimentation and corrosion. With a capacity of 140-160 m³/h, it accommodates a range of processes, supported by an optional differential pressure indicator and multiple power configurations. The unit complies with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and other relevant standards, offering material options suitable for different corrosive environments. Effective cleaning and maintenance are facilitated by its design, minimizing downtime and enhancing production efficiency.
