Vegetable preparation station for six employees
When operating a high-throughput vegetable processing line, efficiency and organization are critical. Ensuring that multiple workers can prepare vegetables simultaneously without bottlenecks is essential. The solution should enable seamless handoff to subsequent cutting stages without loss of productivity.

Facilitates multi-employee vegetable preparation
The Vegetable Preparation Station VPS-6 by The Food Machinery Company Ltd. is designed to streamline and optimize the vegetable processing workflow. This station supports six employees, each with their own crate holder, plastic cutting board, and waste funnel. The upper conveyor belt connects seamlessly to a belt cutting machine, efficiently transferring vegetables to be cut. Waste is managed through designated funnels, leading to a lower belt with a swan construction that directs waste into a large plastic container. Key dimensions of the station are 4040 x 1000 x 1060 mm, with the width including platforms and crate holders at 2320 mm, ensuring space efficiency while accommodating multiple users. The unit operates on a 3-phase electrical system at 400 V, consuming 0.37 kW with a weight of approximately 400 kg.
