The TORUSMILL® SKV4-EX vacuum basket mill from VMA-GETZMANN is designed for high-efficiency fine grinding of high-viscosity products under vacuum, such as automotive paints and lithium-ion battery electrodes. It features an integrated, patented pump wheel and dissolver disc to provide optimal circulation and a narrow particle size distribution. With processing capacities for containers up to 750 liters and motor powers ranging from 15 to 22 kW, the mill is suitable for both pilot and production scale operations. The system is ATEX certified for explosive environments and offers electric height adjustment to adapt quickly to various container sizes. The double-walled milling basket facilitates efficient cooling, while C technology and DISPERWHEEL® options allow for precise process control and repeatable results. The TORUSMILL® SKV4-EX is engineered to be maintenance-friendly, with features like a stable, adjustable cover and additional options for LED lighting and various sensors.
